I have heard some folk opinionate in the past that the odious slimy retiles who make up the bnp should not be given the oxygen of publicity at all.

What utter nonsense! I completetly agree with Phil in that all their policies should be out in the open for all to choke on before they attempt to digest.

The UK, as part of their efforts to justify invasions in the Middle East, has prided itself on being an open and 'free' country ever since the brave souls gave their lives for the country in WW2. As such, free speech should be open to all until it enters the realms of blatant race hate and incitement of violence against specific targets (ala Abu Hamza).

No matter how respectable and intelligent a front they try to present, representatives of the bnp will always show their true colours and make complete arses of themselves when faced with reasoned debate.

Banning or gagging them simply gives them an air of aura or mystique and make them appealing to the disillusioned 'outcasts' that they target. Let them speak and try to keep recruiting from certain football grounds.

For once, we can't blame MP's and the corrupt shambles of the parties they represent for the bnp's recent success. it is the fault of the many thousands of people around the UK (mainly England) who put an X in their box in some kind of unjustified protest vote.
